We Love Spandex Chair Covers

When we first started out with the rental part of our business we focused on polyester chair covers. They were definitely renting like crazy but just having to get them pressed to keep the wrinkles out was such a pain in the neck. So, I did my research and decided to offer a much better and classier product which was the spandex chair covers. They are sleek and elegant looking. Not to mention that the care for them is easy and most of all NO WRINKLES. Where have they been all my life? I ask myself this time and time again.

We are not against poly chair covers if you would like to rent them from us, we really just prefer the spandex to give our customers more flexibility when they have to do their own set up. You can use a our spandex band to go around the top of the chair or you can keep it more elegant with a satin or organza sash. Either way both the poly and the spandex will highlight a room of chairs that are very hideous. They will totally transform a room from a plain meeting room look to a chic and elegant room of beauty. Interview with Diann Valentine

I had the pleasure of interviewing the lovely Diann Valentine. She is not only an author, but she is also the host of “Wedding Day” not to mention a fabulous invitation designer. I am so grateful that she was able to be a guest on my show and was willing to share her knowledge and expertise on design and decor for doing events. Here are a few holiday decorations that I found that was cute and easy to do yourself.

Holiday CDs
Share the jolly sounds of the season with a customized CD, easily decorated and beautifully presented


Snowman Cupcake How-To
This snowman wears a fine winter hat: a chocolate-covered mint beret. His plump figure is two marshmallows -- cut a slice off the top one and squish to make it smaller. Dabs of icing hold parts together. His eyes are chocolate sprinkles (poke holes first with a wet toothpick), and his nose is cut from a gummy fish.




Picture This
Chocolate bars adorned with the faces of the bride and groom are sweet in more ways than one. Choose a few favorite photos, then print them using an ink-jet printer or photocopy onto lightweight paper. (Enlarge or reduce images if needed.) With a paper cutter, trim so photos are slightly shorter than candy bars. Remove outer wrappers but not inner foil. Wrap each candy bar with a photo, and secure in back with double-sided tape. Adorn with waxed twine tied in a small bow.




Sweet Treats
While you're baking this season, think about trying this idea. Tie decorated sugar cookies with ribbon to a miniature tree. Cookies can be nibbled on a day or two after hanging, but they'll continue to look good for weeks.

Tiffany& Co Inspired Sweet16

I had a mom that came to me that wanted a fabulous sweet 16 for a her daughter. All they had were the colors and they told me to take it from there. So, I decided to go with a Tiffany & Co inspired look to go with her colors which were tiffany blue,white and black.
