Tiffany& Co Inspired Sweet16

I had a mom that came to me that wanted a fabulous sweet 16 for a her daughter. All they had were the colors and they told me to take it from there. So, I decided to go with a Tiffany & Co inspired look to go with her colors which were tiffany blue,white and black.
